Women's non-governmental, non-religious, non-political and non-profitable grass-root oriented NGO & affiliate of the Inter-African Committee (IAC). It was established in 1985.

Executive Director

·  Links between SNCTP and the Inter-African Committee (IAC) with official authorities by virtue of position.

·  Establishes complete coordination with the president.

·  Sings cheques together with the president and the treasure.

·  Follow-up the implementation of the resolutions and the recommendations of the Council of Directors.

·  Supervises the programmes formulation and present them to the council of endorsement.

·  Appoints the staff in accordance with the regulation valid.
